How much does BoundarySide cost?
Free to set up, with no subscription. Two fees come out of each match fee paid in the app: a platform fee of 3%, to BoundarySide, and a Stripe fee at Stripe's standard rate for Australian cards, paid to Stripe for processing the payment. That's the same fee the club would pay on any card payment. On a $20 match fee the club keeps about $18.77, and on a $15 fee about $14.00. Players pay the amount the club sets, and nothing on top.
Does BoundarySide work with PlayHQ?
Yes, optionally. Pull fixtures in with a read-only PlayHQ import, or type them in by hand in seconds.
How do match fee payments work?
Players pay in the app with a card. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch the club, and the treasurer sees paid versus outstanding at a glance.
How do players join?
An admin sets the club up and shares a join code. Players open BoundarySide, enter the code, and they're on the list.
Is our club's data private?
Yes. No ads, no data selling, ever. Players can delete their account and data anytime, from the app or the web.
What does it run on?
