Does ClubMate work with PlayHQ?
Yes, optionally. Pull fixtures in with a read-only PlayHQ import, or type them in by hand in seconds.
How do match fee payments work?
Players pay in the app with a card. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch the club, and the treasurer sees paid versus outstanding at a glance.
How do players join?
An admin sets the club up and shares a join code. Players open ClubMate, enter the code, and they're on the list.
Is our club's data private?
Yes. No ads, no data selling, ever. Players can delete their account and data anytime, from the app or the web.
